Federico Minoli lectures widely at business schools in the US and internationally about the importance of integrating knowledge across fields in industrial production and neo-tribal marketing, that is, the importance of creating community around products we use.
Between 1996 and 2007 he was CEO & Chairman of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., a leading manufacturer of high performance sports motorcycles. He is currently Chairman of Dainese spa, Chairman of POC Sweden, co-owner and CEO of Deus Ex-Machina, Sydney & Italy, Director of Investcorp (London), on the Board of Mantero Seta SpA, Opsec, advisor to 9Ren.
Minoli has also worked as a turnaround manager in the US and Europe for the past 30 years on behalf of several large international Private Equity funds including Texas Pacific Group, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Bain Capital USA, & Investcorp.
