Hank Edmondson, Ph.D.

Hank Edmondson is a Professor of Government at Georgia College, where he directs the Center for Transatlantic Studies. His areas of specialty include philosophy and social justice, constitutional law, and American political thought. His publications include “The Moral of the Story: Literature and Public Ethics,” “Return to Good and Evil: Flannery O’Connor’s Response to Nihilism” and “John Dewey and the Decline of American Education.” In addition, he has published numerous articles and reviews in a variety of journals. He has directed interdisciplinary and political science study abroad programs for many years, taking students to 12 different European countries.
